Spa Manager

Water's Edge Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of our award-winning spa, fitness center, indoor pool, and gift shop. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue, managing staff, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily spa, fitness center, pool, and gift shop operations
• Supervise, schedule, train, and develop spa team members
• Manage staffing, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and department budgets
• Drive revenue through service offerings, promotions, and exceptional guest service
• Monitor financial performance, including P&L, labor, and product costs
• Maintain high service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
• Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a spa, hotel, or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and inventory management
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
